Senate Properties’ Board of Directors

The Ministry of Finance appoints a Board of Directors to Senate Properties. In addition to the chairperson and vice-chairperson, the board shall consist of at least three and at most four members, one of whom must be employed by the company. The board members are expected to have expertise in the real estate sector or business economics.

Furthermore, the selection of members follows the principles established in the state's ownership steering policy, related to, among other things, gender equality.
