If an organisation has usage rights to the shared work environment, its employees may work at the location. Next to the conference centre, there are also a few bookable workstations available for central government employees whose organisations do not have usage rights to the shared work environment. The government agency building Sinetti in Jyväskylä has served as Suomi-piste service point and as shared work environment for public administration since 2025. In the shared working environment of the government agency building operate the Regional State Administrative Agency, Business Finland Ltd, the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment for Central Finland, the KEHA Centre, the Finnish Education Evaluation Centre, the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, the National Land Survey of Finland, Metsähallitus (Forststyrelsen), Defence Properties Finland, the Finnish Food Authority, Senate Properties, the Arts Promotion Centre Finland, Traficom (the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency), Customs, and the Finnish Tax Administration. Sinetti also houses offices for the Police Licensing Services, the Legal Aid and Guardianship functions of the Legal Services Agency, the Ombudsman for Children, and Valtori (the Government ICT Centre).

How to reach us and parking
The Sinetti government office building does not have its own customer parking. Nearby, along Vapaudenkatu, there are two paid parking areas. In addition, there are parking garages on Väinönkatu and at the Travel Centre. An accessible parking space is located at the corner of Vapaudenkatu and Urhonkatu. Bicycle parking is available on the Urhonkatu side, under the building’s arcade.
Workstations and meeting rooms
If an organisation has usage rights to the shared work environment, its employees may work at the location. Next to the conference centre, there are also a few bookable workstations available for central government employees whose organisations do not have usage rights to the shared work environment. An individual employee may use these workstations up to 12 times per year.
Workstations are booked via the Facility reservations in Senate’s e-service. If the reservation system is not available to the organisation, a workstation can be booked through the reception services of the property concerned. The person making the reservation must use their work email to provide reception services with their name, organisation, phone number, email address, and the date and time of the reservation.
The meeting rooms are for the use of central government agencies in the building and are reserved in the facility reservation system. Visitors to meeting rooms do not need to register separately. The meeting organizer may order catering from a service provider of their choice. Meeting rooms located in the workspaces are for internal use by government agencies only.
Suomi-piste service point
The Digital and Population Data Services Agency and the National Land Survey of Finland operate at the Suomi-piste service point. The Finnish Tax Administration has a remote service point.
