Jonni Laitto appointed COO at Senate Properties
Jonni Laitto has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Group Management Team at Senate Properties, which is responsible for state-owned properties, from 1 September 2024. He is currently Construction Management Director at Senate Properties.
As COO, Laitto will be responsible for Senate Properties’ operations nationwide and will chair Senate Properties’ Management Team.
Jonni Laitto has worked in various construction project management and management positions at Senate since 2013. He was earlier a project manager at the Construction Establishment of the Defence Administration, and in foreign business development and design assignments in architect offices. Laitto graduated as an architect in the United States.
Senate’s current chief operating officer Tuomas Pusa will take up the position of Senate Group President and Group CEO on 1 July 2024.

Senate Properties reported net sales of €611 million in 2023, real estate assets of around €3.7 billion and investments of €502 million.
