We serve our Finnish Defence Administration customers around the clock. Requests for service and fault reports can be made through our electronic maintenance system. Customers can find the fault report channel in the TUVE computer start-up menu under T as TUVE Huto.

Complaints and feedback
We always want to do what is best for our customers, but sometimes things go wrong anyway. If you feel that there has been a mistake or deviation with regard to our contract, you should first contact your Defence Properties contact person. If the processing of the issue requires it, you can file a written complaint at our registry office: kirjaamo@senaatti.fi. We will appoint a person responsible for handling your complaint and notify you of the appointment in a few business days, and the responsible person will get back to you within 28 working days and discuss the matter with you if necessary. In exceptional cases the processing may take longer, in which case you will receive an estimate of the expected response time. You can also give informal feedback directly to your Defence Properties contact person or via the feedback channel on our website.
